Hot Colors for Spring 2010
Think splashes of sunshine this season! Vibrant brights offer a sense of excitement and easily update a wardrobe with fun colors. Shades of red, turquoise, yellow, coral, and navy are complemented with neutrals of taupes and browns. Metallics of silver, bronze and pewter are hotter than ever in both footwear and handbags this season.
Footwear
Shoe lovers are in their element this spring with the variety of fantastic looks that Marmi has to offer. Many styles this season feature feminine embellishments such as ruffles, bows (Bowyn), buttons and stones. Platforms (Polly) and wedges (Rosana) remain two of the most popular heel styles. Lively prints are in the spotlight too – with shiny snakeskin (think Naldo) being the prime object of our affection this season.
Handbags
Reptile materials reign supreme in handbags too this season – with snakeskin being the most popular and lightest weight material. Tassels, chains, studs and beads also adorn many spring handbags. Clutches and hobos remain popular shapes while cork and straw make their usual spring appearance. Many straw or cork styles are decorated with touches of leather in contrast colors for pop.
